Our founder Donald J. Sutton established a standard of uncompromising excellence for the Mid-Northern Group that continues to guide our team today. Under the leadership of second generation owners Douglas J. Sutton and Christine Blackburn, Mid-Northern Inc. has implemented an aggressive growth strategy to expand our holdings across the Midwest and East Coast. Currently our ownership interests range from multi-story complexes to land acquisition.

Mid-Northern Management, Inc. is dedicated to the management of our own properties, as well as providing management services for outside ownership interests. Our depth of experience as owners gives Mid-Northern Management, Inc. a unique perspective and understanding of what is required to deliver exceptional property management services.
